INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Rum
DIRECTIONS
In a small mixing bowl, beat together the butter, both sugars and all the spices until well combined.
Beat in the ice cream.
Pour into a freezer container that will hold 4 cups. Seal and freeze.
To serve, spoon about 1/3 cup or the mixture into a mug.
Add a jigger (1 ounce) of rum and 1/2 cup boiling water.
Stir well.
